These Terms govern your use of Klarity of Mind, operated by West England Company Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore (UEN: 202102012Z). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of Klarity of Mind — including free features that do not require an account — you agree to these Terms.
Klarity of Mind is a digital educational platform comprising two products:
Klarity Tutor — an AI-powered subject tutor covering AP and SAT subjects, accessible via three modes: Deep Dive, Homework Helper, and Unit Summary (full syllabus walkthrough).
The Learning Course — a 15-module course on memory, focus, and study methods, based on cognitive science research.
Plans are available as described on our pricing page. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the relevant product(s) for your own personal, non-commercial use. Content and features may be updated, modified, or extended as we improve the platform.
Some features of Klarity of Mind are accessible without an account, including the module 0 learning coach, the Feynman Scorer, and the lesson assistant. These features are provided free of charge and without warranty. When you use these features, the text you submit is processed by our AI model providers (currently Google and Anthropic) under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
The Klarity Tutor includes a free trial for registered users. The number of free trial messages is set at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice. Trial usage requires a free account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account credentials or grant access to your account to any other person. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.
The Klarity Tutor, Learning Diagnosis, Feynman Scorer, lesson assistant, and all other AI-powered features are provided for educational support only. They are not a substitute for professional tutoring, academic counselling, or verified educational resources.
AI models can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important academic decisions, exam preparation, or any purpose where accuracy is critical. Always verify important information against authoritative sources.
We use AI models provided by third-party providers (currently Google and Anthropic). The behaviour, availability, and accuracy of these models is outside our direct control. We reserve the right to change AI model providers, modify AI features, or discontinue any AI feature at any time.
The Homework Helper mode is designed to guide you through problems using your own reasoning. It is intended as an educational tool, not a means to complete assessments or assignments on your behalf. Use of Klarity Tutor to complete graded assessments, examinations, or any work that is submitted as your own where AI assistance is prohibited by your institution may violate your institution's academic integrity policies. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from such use.
We send transactional and service emails as necessary to administer your account. These are not optional and form part of our service.
We offer optional marketing communications on an opt-in basis. The checkbox is unchecked by default at account creation. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@klarityofmind.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Learning System ($97 one-time): One payment grants lifetime access to The Learning Course and 30 days of Klarity Tutor access at no extra cost. After 30 days, the tutor continues at $20 per month as a subscription until cancelled. You retain lifetime access to The Learning Course even if you cancel the tutor subscription.
Klarity Tutor ($30/month): Monthly subscription. Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual All-Access ($300/year): One annual payment grants lifetime access to The Learning Course and 12 months of Klarity Tutor access. Access expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made or active subscriptions during their current billing period.
All sales are final.
Because Klarity of Mind is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of whether you have accessed the content.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at hello@klarityofmind.com. We will make every reasonable effort to help you get value from the product — including answering questions, providing guidance by email, and helping you identify the most relevant content for your situation. This goodwill support is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a change to the no-refund policy.
We offer paid personal consultations for students, professionals, and parents who want individualised guidance. To enquire, email hello@klarityofmind.com. Consultation fees are agreed in advance. Consultations are non-refundable once conducted. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
All course content, AI system prompts, syllabus materials, and platform design are owned by West England Company Pte Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, or sell any part of the platform or its content without our prior written permission.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. We do not guarantee that use of Klarity of Mind will improve your academic performance, exam results, or any other outcome. Results depend entirely on individual effort and application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share your account, use the platform for commercial purposes, or engage in any conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or the platform. Termination due to breach does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@klarityofmind.com first — we will work to resolve it directly before any formal proceedings.
We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to these Terms before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
