These Terms govern your use of Klarity of Mind, operated by West England Company Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore (UEN: 202102012Z). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of Klarity of Mind — including free features that do not require an account — you agree to these Terms.
Klarity of Mind offers a course and coaching services on how to learn effectively:
The Course ($97 one-time) — a 15-module course on memory, focus, and study methods, based on cognitive science research. Includes an AI-powered learning diagnosis tool and parent guidance in every module.
Academic Reset Session ($350 one-time) — includes The Course, plus a review of your academic records by our team, a personalised diagnosis of learning gaps, and a custom study plan delivered by email.
Monthly Momentum ($500/month) — includes The Course and Academic Reset Session, plus ongoing monthly coaching: two 1:1 strategy sessions per month, direct email access between sessions, and regular plan adjustments. This is a subscription, billed monthly.
Plans are available as described on our pricing page. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the relevant product for your own personal, non-commercial use. Content and features may be updated, modified, or extended as we improve the platform.
Lesson 1 of The Course is accessible without payment, for anyone who creates a free account. This is provided to give you a sense of the course's approach before purchasing.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account credentials or grant access to your account to any other person. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.
The AI Learning Diagnosis and any other AI-powered features are provided for educational support only. They are not a substitute for professional educational assessment.
AI models can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important academic or career decisions.
We use AI models provided by third-party providers — currently Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. We may change which provider handles a given request at any time based on price, performance, and availability. The behaviour, availability, and accuracy of these models is outside our direct control.
We send transactional and service emails as necessary to administer your account. These are not optional and form part of our service.
We offer optional marketing communications on an opt-in basis. The checkbox is unchecked by default at account creation. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@klarityofmind.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
The Course ($97 one-time): One payment grants lifetime access to all 15 modules and the AI Learning Diagnosis. No recurring charges.
Academic Reset Session ($350 one-time): One payment grants lifetime access to The Course plus the academic review service described above. The review is delivered once, by email, typically within 5-7 business days of submitting your information.
Monthly Momentum ($500/month): A monthly subscription. Your first payment grants immediate access to The Course and the Academic Reset Session review. Subsequent months include two coaching sessions and ongoing support as described above. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made or the current billing period of an active subscription.
All sales are final across all our products — The Course, the Academic Reset Session, and Monthly Momentum.
For The Course and the Academic Reset Session: because these are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of whether you have accessed the content or used the review service.
For Monthly Momentum: the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable once charged. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period, including any coaching sessions not yet used within that period.
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us at hello@klarityofmind.com. We will make every reasonable effort to help you get value from what you've purchased. This goodwill support is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a change to the no-refund policy.
All course content, AI system prompts, syllabus materials, and platform design are owned by West England Company Pte Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, or sell any part of the platform or its content without our prior written permission.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. We do not guarantee that use of Klarity of Mind will improve your academic performance, exam results, or any other outcome. Results depend entirely on individual effort and application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share your account, use the platform for commercial purposes, or engage in any conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or the platform. Termination due to breach does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@klarityofmind.com first — we will work to resolve it directly before any formal proceedings.
We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to these Terms before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
